When God moves through His people using the gifts of the Spirit, there are practical reasons for doing so.  He wants His people to glorify Him, know Him and Love Him.  We can do this by being obedient to His calling for our life and stepping out in faith when He wants to demonstrate His supernatural power to someone through us.
